Hi Team,

My customer is looking for the ff information of LM211D.

(1) What is the case temperature limit?

(2) What is the junction temperature limit?

    Hello Renan,

    The maximum junction temperature (TJmax) is 150°C, as stated in the Abs Max table on page 4.

    Note that operation between the Maximum Specified temperature range (85°C) and TJmax (150°C) is unspecifed (it may still be functional over that temperature range, but no assurances are made regarding the actual level of electrical performances once the Specified range is exceeded).

    The maximum "package" temperature would need to be de-rated to avoid exceeding TJ, depending on the internal power dissipation, so it will be less than 150°C.
