LMP2012QML-SP: Floating Conductors

Part Number: LMP2012QML-SP

Hi all. I am working on a design that disallows any floating copper. 

I am using the LMP2012QML-SP (5962L0620601VZA) which has two N/C pins (pins 5 and 6). Can I tie these to ground?
