LMH6321: VEF range of LMH6321

Dear all

I would like to ask range of VEF in LMH6321.

When I posted and exchanged about the leakage current of the EF pin of LMH6321 last time at E2E,

I heard that the leak current that flows to the EF pin is about sub-nA.

For example, assuming that the leakage current is 2 nA and the pull-up resistance is 5 kΩ, the voltage drop is about 10 μV.

In other words, the VEF is min 4.99999V.

Our customer currently measured the EF pin VEF of a sample of this device to be 4.0V.

(Measured with 10kΩ pull-up resistor)

In addition, when we measured the same sample that our customer measured, when a pull-up resistor of 5kΩ was connected, a VEF value of 4.3V was measured.

So we want to determine if this device is defective.

I want you to answer the following two questions

1. Do you measure VEF when performing ATE?
2. Can you tell me how much the minimum value of VEF is set when measuring VEF with ATE?
(Reference values ​​are also acceptable.)
