    Hello Renan,

    Thank you for your patience.  Unfortunately, we do not seem to have the ESD data for this exact part.

    The good news is that we do have data for the TLV2460 part, which is a very similar part.  The data is for SOIC and not for the SOT-23.  However, given that the SOIC package is larger than the SOT-23 package and that smaller packages typically perform as well if not better than larger packages in ESD testing, this should not be a problem.

    So the TLV2460 in SOIC passes the ESD performance tests at 4kV for HBM testing and 1.5kV for CDM testing.  Again, this is not your exact part and package but is a good reference point.
