I would be very grateful if you can indicate what are the differences between TL084MJ and TL084MJB, once I am not able to find correctñy in the datasheet.

My understanding is that the TL084MJB is a QMLQ qualified device defined by SMD 5962-98515 whereas the TL084MJ is not QMLQ qualified.

I need a clear reference for permitting the use of a TL084MJB instead of a TL084MJ.

The cross reference between the TI part number and the SMD number can be found in the "Order now" tab of the product page on ti.com. Also, click on the part marking, which shows that the part is marked with both the TI part number and SMD number.
