Hello Kevin,
I don't see any issues with the schematic. Vcm is within the limits, the 1m shunt resistance is good, the input filter with 10-ohm resistors is good, there is a decoupling cap at VS, the address is set, and there are pull-up resistors to VS on SDA and SCL.
A couple minor points about the address - as shown in the schematic A1 is connected to VS+ and A0 is connected to GND. This gives an address in binary of 1000100 + the LSB for R/W. For read, the LSB is high, and for write the LSB is low. Therefore the complete address here is 10001001b = 0x89h (read) and 10001000b = 0x88h (write).
Another minor point is that the address set resistors can be 0 ohms instead of 4.7k ohms.
