Smaller instrumentation amp with the same noise performance as the INA103

I'm working on a a design that requires very low noise. The INA103 works very well in my application, but its SOIC-16 package is much larger than I would like. I'm wondering if there's another available instrumentation amp with a noise figure around 1nV/sqrt(Hz) that comes in a smaller surface mount package like an MSOP.

Andrew,

we have other low noise instrumentation amplifiers like the INA163 and INA217, but they are not available in the MSOP-8 either. The INA163 comes in a narrow body SO-14 package.

I think it may not be a coincidence that ultra low noise amps come in larger packages. To have less noise you need more silicon.
