May I know the input impedance value of TLV7031? I cannot find the exact value in the datasheet.

Hi Livia,

as the input bias current is in the pA range at room temperature, according to figure 17 of datasheet, the input resistance of TLV7031 is in the TerraOhm range. See also section 7.4.1 of datasheet.

The input capacitance of TLV7031 is less than 10pF, according to section 8.2.3.3.

As Kai pointed out, the input bias current is the best way to judge input impedance; I assume you are trying to determine the size of impedance that can be directly connected to the comparator inputs and input bias current would be the metric to review.
