AMC3301: AMC3301 error analysis

I would like to use AMC3301 for high voltage measurement with resistive divider network and its thevinin's equivalent voltage at maximum measurement voltage is 250mV with 10kohm thevenin resistance.

What would be the output error voltage due to input bias currents?

What would be the gain error due to input thevenin impedance(source impedance)?

How to compensate if the above errors are significant?

From the description, I believe that you will be using 10k as the shunt resistor which would lead to significant errors on the output. A calibration will be required in order to compensate for these errors. You may want to consider choosing a device with a higher input impedance such as the ISO224 or AMC1311.
