I plan to use opa145 in my design to amplify the 3V signal to about 5V. But when i simulate in TI-TINA and use the the ±5V supply，the output of opa145 is limited to +2.25V。According to the datasheet，the maximum output should be (v+)-0.1V。I don't kown why.

You are running into an input positive swing limit, the datasheet shows a 3.5V input headroom, so on +5V supply that max input is 1.5V before clipping - that times your gain of 1.5 gives the 2.25V output clip shown here, you +/-3V input on gain of 1.5 should be +/-4.5V as shown on the negative side,
