Unit wrong in this document?

Hi All,

In http://www.unisonic.com.tw/datasheet/S8050.pdf I found the following graph:

But is there any mistake with the unit here? If I_C is in mA just as the labeling of I_B, then there is no magnification but only diminution. Or am I understanding it incorrectly here?

Hi Zeng,

It appears that the vertical axis - collector current (Ic) should have units of Amps, not mA. The DC current gain (h_FE) then works out about right.
