Hi team,

I will simulate THS4541 by TINA TI.

But I did't use TINA TI, I am not sure how to use it.

I want to be able to perform AC analysis, transient analysis, and noise analysis on a general circuit.

For example, a general circuit such as the circuit on the first page of the data sheet.

I tried to download THS4541 TINA-TI Reference Design from the homepage, but I couldn't download it.

By the way, I can download THS4541 TINA-TI spice model.

I'm happy with the reference design that can be used as it is, but can you give me a simulation circuit that can be used as a reference?

Hello Tomoaki Yoshida.

I have attached two files below: the THS4541 reference design available in the THS4541 Design and Development folder and a simulation circuit of the simplified schematic you have shown in your post (Figure 61 in the THS4541 datasheet). Let me know if you are unable to download these files. Since you were able to download the THS4541 Tina-TI spice model, you can insert this model into Tina-TI by selecting insert at the top right corner of the Tina-TI software and pressing macro. This will initiate a pop up window which you can select the THS4541.TSM file from the downloaded folder (make sure it is extracted first). From there you can add the necessary components to match the schematic in your post and be able to run a transient/ac/noise analysis.
