Hi Team,

I would like to know the Absolute Maximum Ratings "VIN Differential" specified value of LMH6611/2.

For example, I found that the LMH6639 data sheet has Absolute Maximum Ratings value of ±2.5V.

As shown in Figure 44 of the LMH6639 datasheet, the diode is bi-directionally connected to IN+/IN-,

so it understands that the specified value is set.

In this configuration, LMH6611/2 also has a bidirectional diode inside IN+/IN-. (Data sheet Figure 67)

Hi Kenji,

yes, you are right, the table with the absolute maximum ratings seems to be incomplete. Figures 66, 67 of datasheet and the corresponding text shed some light on the internal circuitry, though: So, there seem to be ESD protection diodes from the inputs to the supply rails and some protection circuitry between the inputs.
