Could you help to share ESD HBM/CD/MM data? Since I can't find it in spec.

    Hugo,

    There is no data sheet rating for TLV2371. I did find ESD sample data for TLV2370, dated 3/15/2001. TLV2370 is a TLV2371 except it has an extra pin for shutdown. HBM was tested up to 4kV and passed (2kV was the highest test voltage for other TLV237x part variant jobs). MM passed up to 300V. CDM passed up to 750V , but wasn't tested higher. The quad was tested up to 1500V and passed. This is sample data and not a data sheet rating.
