Hello,

They would like to simulate their circuit using LM358.

They download LM358 TINATI spice model sboc492.zip from http://www.ti.com/product/LMV358/toolssoftware.

However, it looks spice model for TLV170 as follows.

Could you provide correct TINATI spice model for LM358, please?

Hi Kazuhiko,

maybe you have confused the LM358 with the LMV358?

You will find the LM358 here:

I suggest to use the "TINA-TI reference design".

Sorry, my customer is looking for LMV358, not LM358, TINATI spice model.

Where can customer get it?

only want to add that there's an upgraded version of the LMV358 available, the LMV358A:

LMV358A is recommended option, Kai is correct.

Here is an application note on this topic http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sboa368 in addition LMV358 has a bipolar output sink driver that has an anti saturation circuit so VOL even with no load is not near 0mV.
