Hello User,

I'm not sure of the program you are using. Make sure to test this on a known system such as bqStudio.

A normal interface would look something like this, Purchased six units, one of which was disconnected.

Connection's dead. Interface looks like this.

This is our test equipment, a total of six, five of which are normal, only one is connected to the non-response.

Please use bqStudio + EV2400 for the actual test. That is something we know better and can help you more.

Purchased 6 other 5 are all can normal is use is, on this one brand-new is it is connected completely does not respond, this EV2400 is malfunctioning problem, need to apply for a refund.

Hello User,

Please make sure you use TI tool chains. You need to use bqStudio and EVM and EV2400 to check for connection and we can try to debug from there. Otherwise, it will be very difficult to figure out why the tool you have is not working.
