I want to use the below dual feedback circuit to make the amplifier stable, I also use TINA to simulate it, which shows that the phase margin is 90.23 when fc=0. But in the frequency around 100Hz to 1kHz, the phase margin is below 45, do you think this circuit is stable or not? Thanks.

Your TINA file had the wrong values - looks good phase margin wise, try running your max Vpp at Cload and Fmax checking output pin for clipping with that higher 200ohm Rout. Also, I included the input C for LG, no difference here, but prudent to include as best practices.
