ISO124: Can someone help me get the PSPICE model?

Hi Michael,

Have you considered the ISO224 device that's been released much more recently than the ISO124?  There is a SPICE model available for the ISO224.

Many thanks for your reply, however I cannot use the ISO224 coz our product for HV using ISO124 needs the bigger spacing requirement and is already going mass production. 

I just need to run monte carlo simulation due to tolerance issue on some of the components connected to the ISO124. Do you think ISO120/ISO121 which has the PSPICE model will get close 

results as the ISO124?

I would do a worst case analysis by hand.

Hi Michael,

Kai's suggestion is probably the best route here.  The ISO12x or 22x models have fixed offset voltage, bias current, gain error, specifications that don't vary within their specified range while performing Monte-Carlo analysis so the model wouldn't have been much help.  If you have resistor dividers or other circuitry you're looking to analyze you could still run those simulations separately and then combine them with calculated errors for the ISO124.

Also in the opamp and isolator, can you help which parameter should I change in the model to adjust the offset voltage, bias current and error?
