Selection of differential amplifier

I want to drive single ended adc with a differential input. So, I am looking for amplifier which can convert my differential signal to single ended one preferably that can work with 5v supply

My input frequencies will be around 100 MHz.

Obviously not enough detail to drill down to best fit, but, if you can use higher supplies, look at these two

THS3215

VCA824 (fixed at max gain).

Both have degraded HD by 100Mhz, but you may not care.

My circuit is as shown below. Mostly my amplifier will be powered by MCU. Hope this will give you better details

Kind of a peak detector?

Perhaps the bandwidth at the diff amp does not need to be 100Mhz, what is your ADC clk rate?

Yeah it is a peak detector..

But the other end of capacitor is not grounded.

My ADC sampling rate is around 1Msps

You might consider an INA at these lower frequencies
