    Thanks for using E2E! I have uploaded the INA225 design files here. As for the dimensions, this is a difficult question to answer from the INA225EVM. While the board measures 2.5"x2.5", this EVM integrates several additional features that make the device easy to prototype, such as jumpers to allow selectable gain settings by hand, and a silkscreened table to show what values of gain you are setting to. This footprint will become much smaller with these features streamlined to your use case.

    amit,

    The board has several features that might amend the height of the board, so I'll try to give you as much information as possible. 

    Again, the INA225EVM is designed with user-friendly features, including bump-ons to provide clearance for the board, terminal blocks for easy wiring in addition to alligator clips, and jumpers for easy selection. You could easily remove some of these features to adjust the height:

    Terminal blocks/jumpers: 8.5mm

    2-layer board + INA225: 2.5mm

    bumpons: 5mm

    Height of board out of box: 15mm
