The customer requested latch up condition as "Per JESD78 PASS" described at qualification summary. Could you share the current condition about it?

    Sasaki-san,

    The OPA219x family was latch tested per procedures listed in an internal TI, Company Proprietary document. The TI document states that the latch testing is based on the JEDEC JESD78 Latch-up Industry standard.
