Hello,

I am carrying out some reliability analysis on the INA180 / INA181 and am having trouble finding information about the technology the chip was made with and am also curious about the rough number of transistor on-board, to a factor of 10. I realize the second bit of information tends to be proprietary and is why I'm asking for just a rough number.

What is the desired outcome of your reliability analysis? Are you looking to calculate FIT rate and failure mode distribution, or something similar?

Ian,

This doesn't exactly answer my question. Can you provide a roughly rounded transistor count for this part? I don't need exact numbers, but I do need something.

The device is on a CMOS process with between 100 and 1000 transistors.
