Questions for TRF37D37 amplifier.

We are evaluating this part for our new 5.8GHz wireless charger LNA and hope to get more detailed performance data on this part.

1. What is delay part to part variations(delay skew)?

2. what is the delay part to part variations over temp?

Hello Guangyi,

In order for us to measure the delay variation between part to part, this would have had to be measured at production. Unfortunately, we do not have this information; since it is not a specification we did measure at that time.
