Part Number: LMP2012QML-SP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMP2012, , MKT-WG10A-MS

Interested to buy engineering model - which P/N is a valid one ? and for FLight model - which P/N to use ?

  • Hi Linda,

There are several versions of the part with different radiation sensitivities.

5962-0620601VZA = not Radiation Hardness Assurance (RHA) qualified. Same part as LMP2012WG-QMLV.

5962L0620601VZA = meets RHA levels under MIL-PRF-38535. Exhibits Enhanced Low Dose Rate Sensitivity (ELDRS). Same part as LMP2012WGL-QMLV.

5962L0620602VZA = meets RHA levels under MIL-PRF-38535. Considered ELDRS free under MIL-STD-883, Method 1019, paragraph 3.13.1.1. Same part as LMP2012WGLL-QMLV.

5962L0620602V9A = meets RHA levels under MIL-PRF-38535. Considered ELDRS free under MIL-STD-883, Method 1019, paragraph 3.13.1.1. Die sales only. Same part as LMP2012 MDE.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers,

    Jon

  • Hello Linda,

All product options shown in LMP2012QML-SP are space grade flight models.

We do not offer an engineering model for this particular product.

For electrical performance evaluation at room temperature, the commercial grade LMP2012 should be close enough but it does not come in the same package and does not have the same radiation performance.   The commercial LMP2012MA comes in 8 pin plastic SOIC package with the pinout and lead spacing the same as the active pins of the space grade product in the 10 lead ceramic SOIC.  However the body is not as wide.   A board could be made to accept either the space or commercial part by increasing the length of the landing areas for the leads.

If you would like a mechanical sample with no die, the order number is:  MKT-WG10A-MS
