Thanks for the reply.

+5V power rail;

No specialsupply current spec, low iq that should be better;

Output pull up to power supply;

Normal speed, don't need fast speed;

Input volatge range is better from 0V to 5V;

Singel channel with low cost;

package should be small, SOT23 is ok;

-40C to +85 is ok.

Could you recomend a low cost one for me? Thanks a lot.

Hello Sean,

I would recommend the TLV7021, or TLV7041 if micropower is desired (they are all on the same datasheet - pick whichever is best for the application).
