TLV7022: TLV7022

Part Number: TLV7022

Hi team,

I am attaching the schematics of TLV70228QDBVRQ1 , please review it and let me know your inputs.
With regards,

  • Hello Jayeshree,

This part is actually a voltage regulator (TLV70228), not a comparator (TLV7022). I will reassign this thread to the proper group that supports these voltage regulators.

  • Hi Jayeshree,

    The design looks good overall.
I would recommend placing a 10uF capacitor on the input of the LDO.
You can replace the 1uF with the 10uF if you would like.
This is to provide additional charge during startup of the LDO.
When the LDO is enabled, the input capacitors provide the lowest impedance to supplying the output capacitors with charge to ramp them on.
With 10uF of cap on the input, the design will be much less prone to issues due to the input voltage drooping during a startup event.
