LMH6611: Storage temperature

Part Number: LMH6611

Please provide the storage temperature rating for the LMH6611 - it is not in the datasheet.

There was also a previous e2e posting that was "Resolved" but did not provide an answer to this question.

We have a requirement for -54C to +85C storage and need this confirmed.

    Hello Steve,

      For storage, lower temperatures should not be an issue. Higher temperatures and humidity is more concerning; since, this is where the device starts degrading in shelf life. As Micah and Kai mentioned in the E2E post you found, the datasheet does not specify storage temperatures. The operating temperature is -40 to 125 degrees C, so it is safe to at least assume that range. Here are some links you can find located in the ordering and quality tab that are helpful in terms of finding the temperature ranges tested and other stress tests: link1, link2, link3. The first link is defining terminology. The second and third link show reliability and quality tests and their results for the LMH6611MK. It looks like the device passed a temperature cycle of -65C to 150C and a high temperature storage of 170C. So, the device should be fine for storage in the temperature range you listed.
