Hello

I am looking for a diagram showing the transistor configuration/details of the input stages of the device.

Basically something similar to what is shown in the Functional Block Diagram of the LM741 datasheet.

Is something like this available? The information could be provided to the customer under NDA if that helps.

    HI Jim,

    There is a functionality block diagram on Figure 1 and Figure 2 of the datasheet, showing a traditional instrumentation amplifier topology with a digitally selectable gain resistor network and protection clamps.  In general, we do not disclose transistor design level information of our devices.
