I have now imported succesfully and OPA 2388 Opamp into my LTspice. Howver each time I run it , never reaches the DC operating point!!

That sounds like a question for the LTSpice support team. Have you tried it in TINA?
Sometimes you can change your integration method (usually Gear to Trapezoidal or vice versa) to get convergence. There is also a setup term of min conductance on a node that can be adjusted up that sometimes helps.

I am able to run your file after slight modification without issues.
Please make sure that your OPA388.txt is renamed as OPA388.lib, which it has to be in the default search path. BTW, the opa388.lib file is copied directly from TI website, https://www.ti.com/product/OPA388/toolssoftware. I do not know why you changed to *.txt extension.
