Hi Team,
May I know how to deal with the thermal pad when powered by single supply?
Should it be connected to -Vs only? Because it's found INA826 can still work well if thermal pad is not connected, is there any risk?
Thanks and Best Regards!

Hi Wang Hao,
You want to connect Vs- pin to most negative supply rail in the circuit or connect it to ground in your single supply rail scenario.
The thermal die pad is a part of junction isolation die structure; the reverse-biasing of the junction will create extremely high resistance isolation from the underside of thermal die pad/die substrate to IC's internal layers. It is highly recommended. In addition, the thermal pad will help the heat dissipation of the part.
