LM2901: the output flips even when the input doesn't step over the threshold

Hi,

my customer is using LM2901 in the over current protection circuit. The power supply is ±12V for LM2901.

The waveform of pin 6(yellow line) and pin1(green line) are shown below:

we can see that pin6 is around 0V, and in the circuit pin 7 is 3V*10k/11k=2.72V, which means the flip threshold should be around 2.72V.

The output(green line) should always remain high. But it flips low at the red line I callout below. Why?
