ISO124: Problem with PSPICE Model for ISO124U

Greetings!

My problem is: i need to do a simulation, using the Eagle Software, but i don't have the PSPICE model for ISO124U.

I made a research and found anothers components to replace ISO124U, such as ISO120, ISO122 and ISO224.

The problem is, Eagle only read .mdl extension, but in TI website, the extension is .mod, and i can't change to .mdl

So, anyone have a model that i can use ? Especially ISO124U or ISO120 or ISO122U. I'm searching for hours and i can't find a model to make my simulation.

Hi Marcos,

Unfortunately we don't have models for the ISO124 or ISO122.

It looks like ISO120 has a PSPICE model and the ISO224 has a TINA SPICE Model.

One thing that may help is using this video to convert the ISO224 model to a generic spice model: https://training.ti.com/how-convert-tina-ti-model-generic-spice-model

The only other thing I can suggest is looking online for how to convert a .mod to .mdl for SPICE models.
