Do you have the full part number? The Country of Origin will be on the label for the reel box. Do you still have this box?

Full part number is LM101A-MD8 (LM101A MD8) this is a diesale and I do not have the box.

Kay,

I just noticed the part number is the original request, sorry about missing that.

They are currently cut up and packaged in Philippines. I will need to see if that or the wafer fab is the Country of origin.
