2. Does "I" have any meaning? It seems that all part numbers listed in the datasheet all have "I"

to 1: See the "packaging information" in the "package option addendum" of datasheet.
to 2: " I " stands for the "extended industrial temperature range" of -40°C...+125°C. The standard "industrial temperature range", on the other hand, usually ranges from -40°C to +85°C.
