LM2903B: TSSOP Package Release schedule

Hello Kuramochi-san,

Official release is in May.

Samples are now available as the PLM2903BIPWR.

The sample "P" version is exactly the same as the to-be-released device, so any qualifications or testing can be done now with the sample version.
