THS3491: .cir file is not comptatible with qucs

Hi,

I am Antoine Normand lab instrumentation scientiste in Rouen France. I would like to simulate TH3491 response to very short spike pulse ( gaussian few ns) under qucs soft. After creating .cir file with tina-TI a lot of error appear when creating new compnent with SBOMAN3.cir under qucs. Above all on line beginning with ".PARAM ...".

Morning Antoine,

I can guarantee you this site will direct you to DesignSoft (TINA) for support moving the core model to other platforms - I did a lot on the THS3491 (and other) models but confess I have never heard of qucs.soft. TINA is a free download from the TI site, but of course there is learning curve on using it - very nice GUI and lots of capability.

Thank you for quick answer, TINA is a very usefull soft but I am not able to simulate guassian ns pulse (see blue curve) at the non inverting THS 3291 entrance only a square ns shape is possible under TINA as my very little experience allow me ! Many thank for thehelp
