Customer (Boeing) is using the PGA204, and wants to know if there is additional data regarding the nominal 10kHz BW at gain of 100.

The PGA data sheet specifies a typical 3dB bandwidth of 10KHZ at a gain of 100.

Can you provide minimum 3dB bandwidths at a gain if 100.

Can you provide any data that show the statistical distribution of this parameter around its typical(mean) value and its variation with temperature.

Can you provide any data that shows the statistical distribution of common mode rejection around its typical(mean) and the variation of common mode rejection with temperature.

Attached is a histogram of a sample of PGA204 devices. This data was measured at room temperature only. Additional shift is expected over temperature. Typically it is not a good idea to rely on frequency response limitation (e.g. gain bandwidth) for precision filtering. If you need a tightly controlled bandwidth, you should consider using an external filter with low drift R C.
