Hi ,

   Does anyone recommend a high speed GaN MOS driver for me?

   My requirement：switching frequency greater than 100MHz，big driver current（about 5A），fast raising and falling time。

    Thanks for reaching out about GaN gate drivers.

    For 100MHz and above GaN switching capability checkout lmg1020. It has 7A of peak source current and 5A of peak sink current with 1ns typical minimum input pulse width.
