Morning,
You posted the same question for the THS4520, the THS4551 will be better from a DC precision perspective,
Assuming this is not just an academic query, you will eventually need to provide some R tolerance & drift info as well. part of the output differential signal (including noise) is the Vocm voltage (with its drift and noise) converted to differential via feedback network imbalance.
Most suppliers do not provide long term drift info on this type of part (more common on references). I don't know of any data for the TI FDA's of that nature - in theory, it might be available via the HTOL data, but rarely reported.
Hi Michael,
Am going through reference design and trying to understand how to calculate the below requirement from device which used in design.
(Offset : drift < 0.1mT/K, <0.1mT/month) and (Gain: drift < 100ppm/K, <100ppm/month).
Used precision resistor of 0.1%. the circuit flow is like, Input from sensor are fed to INA --> FDA --> ADC. (LMP7732 --> THS4551).
Can you provide your comments on this ?
Regards
Bala
Hello Bala,
Which reference design are you referring to?
Best,
Hasan Babiker
Hi Balakrishnan,
I think that the drifts resulting from the LMP7732 used in the INA are widely dominating.
