Hi Team,
A customer is looking for a circuit to compensate the temperature drift of opamp. Do we have an application note or reference design with schematic diagram for this application?

Hi Kai,
Thank you for your quick response. The customer wants to implement this solution to different opamp circuits. He is looking for a circuit design implementation that compensates for the temperature drift of opamp.

Danilo
Hi Danilo,
Is there specific op amp part number that you customer is having in mind? Can you be a little more specific? Is your customer interested in zero-drift or ultra low drift precision op amps?
There are many temperature compensation methods out there. We can talking about input, output temperature compensation, bandgap, current mirrors etc.. For instance, let us say the PN junction is drifting at a rate of -2mV/C, you wanted to compensate the junction with +2mV/C or as close to the actual compensation as possible. If a resistor behaves NTC, you want add PTC resistors to compensate a similar temperature changes, in opposite direction, so that overall changes are minimum or near zero.
