Customer prefer to know the RθJC value for the LM321MF/NOPB.
But from the datasheet, we just have the RθJA value. Could u help to provide the RθJC to us?

Here is the thermal data.
Theta JC, top 127.6 C/W
Theta JB 32.1 C/W
Psi JT 19.5 C/W
Psi JB 31.5 C/W
Note that RθJC is not very useful unless the plan is to add a heatsink on top of the LM321 ( which would not work well).
Psi JT is useful to estimate die temperature based on top of case temperature.
