What milspec tests have been performed on LH0002H/883?

I do not find an LH0002/883 in TI's database.
Please provide more information about the device in your query.

Is it an op amp, cable driver, do you have a datasheet?

LH0002H/883 is a buffer originally made by National Semiconductor and acquired by Texas Instruments. If IHS and SiliconExpert are to be trusted, it is an obsolete part. The datasheet I'm currently looking at is dated February 1995.

Those were the Fast and the Damn Fast buffers from NSM - I actually was using those inside IBM back in the late 70s. I would be surprised they are still around, hybrids. Not sure there is a mil spec version, but the most recent buffer would be the BUF634A. The BurrBrown BUF634 has been around for awhile, but BB got out of mil spec back around 1992.

That's good to know if I get tapped to update a parts list. However, I still need to know what screening was done to differentiate the base part from the /883.

Well there is this BOM cross tool using a purchased database on the TI site, it shows the /883 version is active, but I can't find a product folder for the LH0002

This may be out of date, if it is not in production anymore, not sure why you would want added test info. That varied quite a bit by supplier, some of the /883 hybrid high speed CFA amps we did at Comlinear actually had temperature end point AC and DC testing,but that was rare. 

Hey Timothy, I missed on this BOM list it is showing Calogic as the supplier for the /883 LH0002, here is their datasheet, I think they seem to have picked up a number of older parts to keep in production,

And just to show I am not making this up, the original LH0033 and LH0063 buffers were called the fast and damn fast buffers on the datasheets - changed later, here I found Bob Pease replying on that topic,
