I want to kown the bandwidth of the LM211

    Amplifiers are specified in terms of bandwidth.  For comparators, the ac performance figure of merit is propagation delay (response time) which is the time for the output to reflect the crossing of the threshold at the input.  In the case of the LM211 the prop delay from input to output is typically 200ns.
