The BOM cross tool (which is a purchased industrywide parametric database shows this - and here is what hitting that parametrics key gives you,

The parametric cross reference tool (which is an internal industrywide amplifier database built on Selguide) shows this - did not find the part,

Hello Stephen and Michael,

I have confirmed that this part has been discontinued. Stephen, please let me know if you require any assistance in coming up a with a suitable replacement for the op amp portion of the original device.

If you are looking for a dual-channel replacement for the op amp portion, TLV9102 might be a good place to start.
