While I don't have info on the exact dimensions/weight, there is some info on the user's guide of the EVM:

"The TRF37x73/75 EVM is a 62-mil, 4-layer board whose material type is Isola® 370HR."

It's mentioned as "The TRF37x73/75 EVM for RF gain blocks comes in a 2 × 2 WSON package.....".

Is it a 2 in. x 2in. PCB size with 62-mil thickness?......

No this is in regards to the part itself, not the PCB. The WSON package is around 2mm x 2mm.
