Hi Team,
My customer is looking for a product with the similar or better performance than the already discontinued OPA621.
Please propose an alternative part.
Key parameters that they need are Input noise, High BW, +/-5V operation in small package.
The following shows the key specifications for OPA621.

- Noise
Voltage: 2.3nV/√Hz(fo = 1MHz to 100MHz)
Current: 2.3pA/√Hz(fo = 10kHz to 100MHz)
- Gain-Bandwidth Product: 500MHz
- Offset voltage ; +/- 100uV
- +/-5V operation
- Stable in Gains : >=2V/V
- SOIC 8pin

That part has been gone for a long time, I actually obsoleted back in the 2000 time frame as the CBICV2 fab shut down. Max offset voltage is actually 1mV, not your 100uV above. It was a pretty high LSBW device but used 28mA supply current. Does look like it is a real 500MHz GBP in a min gain of 2 VFA.

Here are some choices,the OPA820 looks promising - just a little slower but close on noise and offset

I was looking at the OPA820 datasheet and noticed the upgraded devices - yes, at the time the unity gain parts (OPA650 and OPA620) were doing more volume - no specific OPA621 upgrade path was implemented as it was a lot lower activity.
