How do I add the .TSM model of OPA171 to TINA-TI?

You can download the .TSM model from the TI website (under the Simulation Models section): http://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/opa171.html. Save the model to your computer, note the location. Open Tina-TI and navigate to the following: Insert > Macro. From there you will be prompted for the location of a model to insert. Simply choose the OPA171 model. Refer to the picture below.
Also, you can download the reference circuit (.TSC). Simply double click the .TSC file after you have downloaded the file to your computer. Tina-TI will open up and you can copy and past the OPA171 model to another circuit.

When doing an AC simulation you are going to need an AC stimulus. I see DC supplies but I do not see any AC supplies in the circuit you provided.
