Hello,

I send this email to ask part numbers of specific chips I have.

Codes are written on ICs, but I could not find out the certain part numbers.

I thought these codes are not the part numbers but serial numbers or others.

One is 'I333A TI 61K A4DE' (or '1333A TI 61 A4DE)

and the other is 'BQZ TI K 713K' (or 'BOZ TI K 713K').

These codes are not sure because these chips are too small to clear the characters.

(e.g. The above 'B' might be 'R' or '8')

Additionally, both ICs have 8 pins.

I would appreciate it if you let me know the exact part numbers of these ICs and the spec sheets.

Hello Namho,

If you cannot read the part numbers on the ICs, it will be very difficult to identify what they are.

I suggest you use the Part Number Lookup Tool: http://www.ti.com/packaging/docs/partlookup.tsp#divline to explore the possibilities.

For example, BQZ would be an OPA2333 http://www.ti.com/product/OPA2333 , but BOZ is an XTR117: http://www.ti.com/product/XTR117 ,

and I333A would be an INA333A: http://www.ti.com/product/INA333 . All are 8-pin devices.

I'm wondering what the purpose of identifying these might be, as you would need a schematic as well, correct? Or are these not mounted to a pcb and you are just curious as to their function?

Using the Part Number Lookup Tool will give you the information you require.
