Your circuit will not work because your positve input is floating resulting in the output collapsing on positve rail - see below. In order for the circuit to work properly, there MUST be a DC path for IB current to system ground.

SInce you are AC coupled, running inverting in an MFB implementation should work and fix the DC biasing issue, Here is one implementation - the tool I developed here limits the max filter C to 33nF (low cost C0G) so the R's got a lot higher - can rescale easily to lower R's if you don't mind C>33nF (we like to use C0G for active filters to get the temp stability, above 33nF they get rapidly more expensive).

I was a little concerned about noise with those high R's, here is an SNR assuming a 4Vpp max out of the OPA376 (1.41Vrms) not too bad, above 110dB SNR
