Hi Charles,

As Kai pointed out. The PSPICE model of the single channel commercial version, TLV271, can also be used for the TLV274-Q1.

Hey I have a related query.

To compare the performance between TLV2374-Q1 and TL271- Q1, I simulated a common circuit by changing only the opamps. I observed that there is at least a delay of 6 uS during rising pulse for TLV271 compared to TLV2374-Q1. Does this delay is solely due to the reduced slew rate ie 2.1V/us compared to 2.4 V/us. Every other parameter seem to be same for both the opamps

Is there a better low-cost opamp that can replace TLV2374-Q1?

Hi Charles,

I highly recommend the TLV9062-Q1, this is one of our newest automotive qualified amplifiers. If it does not work for your design please let me know and I will look for other devices to recommend.

The slew rate of the TLV271 is specified as 2.4V/us but simulation is only showing about 0.28V/us. I believe the differences in performance you are seeing in simulation is due to the model of the TLV271 not accurately modeling slew rate.

Thank you for the suggestion, I will be using the same for applications with supply voltage range less than 5.5V. I also need another opamp with wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 16V that is the reason I was looking for the latest and low-cost alternative for TLV2374-Q1. Could u suggest a better option other than TLV274-Q1?

Hi Charles,

Another device to consider is the TLV9152-Q1. It is only a dual channel device but is one of our latest 16V automotive devices. There are plans to release the quad channel version of this device but I do not have a timeline for the quad.

Hi Charles,

These products are all supported by different groups inside of TI. I suggest creating two separate posts regarding the comparator (BA2903HFVM-CTR) and Schmitt triggers (MC74HC1G14DFTIG and SE81NLV74HC14ADT) to get the best recommendations.

I will move this post to our precision amplifier group so you can get a recommendations for the op amp (AD8629WAR/ AD8628).

Hey

I am unable to find spice file for TLV9062-Q1. I got .CIR file for TLV9062( General Purpose IC), but I am facing some issuse simulating with it in LT Spice. It would be great If I can get .lib file for TLV9061-Q1/62-Q1,

I am using LT spice because I nee dto compare the selected device with an LT device,

Hi Charles,

Have you considered trying our new simulator, PSPICE for TI? PSPICE for TI uses an analog analysis engine from Cadence and is free to download. Included in the tool is a built-in library of TI devices. Within the built in library you should have access to the .lib file for the TLV9062.
